When you go to my grandmother's house, it's an easy bet that this dip is in her fridge. I didn't know how easy it was to make until she shared the recipe with me!
1 block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp finely grated onion
1 tbsp paprika
dash of salt
1/2 tbsp half and half, optional
- Mix all ingredients. Add half and half if you would like it liquidier.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour for ingredients to meld.
- Serve with chips and/or crackers.
