When you go to my grandmother's house, it's an easy bet that this dip is in her fridge. I didn't know how easy it was to make until she shared the recipe with me!

1 block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp finely grated onion
1 tbsp paprika
dash of salt
1/2 tbsp half and half, optional

  1. Mix all ingredients. Add half and half if you would like it liquidier.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour for ingredients to meld.
  3. Serve with chips and/or crackers.
